Info: Das Quellelement "C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office" wurde nicht gefunden.

What does it mean?
The folder exists!

The folder is not found during folder traversal. Perhaps it's hidden via NTFS permissions.

%appdata% is hidden, but not "Office"
i'm mirroring the "USERS" directory with the subdirs and some filters.
ffs is mirroring other files and folders from %appdata% with no notification.

In case you're able to reproduce and you can find the folder in Windows Explorer, a Process Monitor trace should reveal what's going on: https://freefilesync.org/faq.php#trace

ok,
maybe its a problem from the shadowcopy?
i'm mirroring with "copy locked files"
and there are also events in that case:

[16:24:45] Error: Cannot copy file
"C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\~outlook - Outlook2.ost.tmp" to
"S:\computer_DaSi\ffs\Profile\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\~outlook - Outlook2.ost.14ff.ffs_tmp".
Error Code 2: Das System kann die angegebene Datei nicht finden. [CopyFileEx]

According to this error message, shadow copies are not involved.
