Hi there. FreeFileSync is a great program (thanks!) and I have been successfully using it to back up NTFS data files. However, I have now tried backing up my files on my ext4 /home partition and it throws up the following errors:
Type of item "/home/me/.TrueCrypt/.show-request-queue" is not supported: 0010000, FIFO, named pipe
Type of item "/home/me/.config/copyq/.copyq_m" is not supported: 0140000, socket
[Desktop Entry]
Type of item "/home/me/.config/copyq/.copyq_s" is not supported: 0140000, socket
This is naturally not a big problem, and I can filter out these files, but it would be interesting to find out why these cannot be copied.
