Sync files but not folder structure

Hi,

Just wanted to know if anyone has used filesync to sync files but to remove the right side file directory structure.

For example. Find all .pdfs on C:\Temp\NewFolder\ and paste the new files in N:\Transfer.

At the moment Filesync copies the NewFolder directory to the N:Transfer\NewFolder.
