Large files timeout

Hello,

All files that are somehow large are failing when synchronizing Gdrive to local PC.
Is there a way to correct this? Thanks.
Cannot read file "...\xxx.zip".

CURLE_OPERATION_TIMEDOUT: Operation too slow. Less than 1 bytes/sec transferred the last 15 seconds [curl_easy_perform]

Thanks for this but I'm not sure I understand all those very lengthy messages...
I tried to exclude the FileSync folder from Defender but this doesn't change anything.
Still the same issue.
Maybe I'm missing something here but I really didn't find anything clear in all those messages with links to other threads. If the problem is well known and has a solution it might be useful to compile some instructions?
