Pausing when clicking ghosted menu

I picked up on this very minor and odd bug when i was testing FFS last night. I thought it could be my machine but i have reproduced it on my work computer.

When you click compare or while a file synchronise is running and then click on any of the ghosted menu options (File|Action|Tools|Help) the progress will pause. To unpause it you need to click another part of the GUI.
