Real Sync Command Line

Greetings,

I am having Real Sync watch a folder and then I want to have those changes updated in another folder. In other words, I want an exact duplicate of the watch folder to be reflected in another folder. I am unsure what the command line should be to execute this. Any assistance would be appreciated.
