Mirror Sync different total size when compared to manual copy and paste?

Hey guys

I've done a mirror Sync with default settings.
The problem is that the total file quantities and size is not correct when compared to a manual copy and paste.
Can someone please explain why there is a difference of 123 files?
Is this a bug in the Freefilesync program?
Any help appreciated.

Deleted all filter items and tried again...all good now, thank you.
