AirBuddha

Unable to use this software, just donated even before using it but receive error trying to install. Please advise asap. Thank you!

Most likely some security software, or AV software is interfering.

All my security was disabled before installation. I can install the free version without a problem but would like the features in the donate version. I've even tried installing in safe mode to no avail. I've tried to install on different drives as well,only the free version will install. Any clues? Thanks!

You could run RevoUninstaller to completely wipe the free version from existence and try to install the donation version again
