I've had two issues with FFS. One after I changed the modified date on a file and verified that it was changed. I did a compare between the old folder and the new folder and the result of the compare showed
several files with the wrong date. Every time I change the date and verify that it was changed rerunning FFS reset the date to the same value every time. I even tried several sync's which didn't help. Not sure where the date came from because it was not the date that I copied the folder or the date i used to set it.
The other issue is I used cp -rp to copy a folder to another disk. When I ran FFS it claimed that several files had the correct dates but had the wrong size. When I manually checked the file size they were the same. Why is FFS saying that it is different?
