For those trying to load pictures/ Files after Daylight Savings time kicks in ....
Using my favourite file picture conversion (old Timer!) program - Stamp,
After DST kicks in, my SD sourced camera files end up with right conversion name based on original EXIF data,
BUT file name on Windows File Properties shows an hour ahead ! Or behind ! Aggravating !
Changing Windows Control Panel Date/Time setting Time Zone Setting Click/Unclick 'Automatically Adjust Clock for DST gets File Properties time correct.
But FreeFileSync tries to update/overwrite files.
Bottom line - use FFS Filter DST setting +/- 1 hr to update files & ignore/untrust Windows properties time,
which seems to be zitzing with real file date/time created based upon DST reached On/Off. Agro !
