Only copy changed files

This is going to be stupid, I only want to copy files that have changed on the left side or do not exist on the right side.

I also want to delete the files on the right side if they do not exist on the left side.

So do this:

File1.txt Nothing on right side so copy it

File1.txt File1.txt File changed on the left side so copy to the right side.

File1.txt The file doesn't exist on the left side, so delete the file on the right side.

What setting should I use?
