Can FFS handle/ monitoring "Moved Files"?
I mean: Will FFS be able to know which files I have moved to other
places/folders - so FFS will delete the files from the back up (i.e.from the
"right side") and add the files to new folders on the Back up (i.e. to the
"right side")
Now FFS is working for me in that way that it only add the moved files from
the Back up (Right side) to the original old places/folders
Maybe I have overlooked something in the settings?

FFS fully supports detection of moved files, but this feature is only
available for sync variant "automatic".

I don't quite understand what you are doing. Do you think there is a bug of
some kind?

Please see this pictures
This is a screen dump after I have pressed the "Compare" Button
You can see that FFS shows me that it will add files to the left, which have
only been moved to other folders
You told me at #2 that "FFS fully supports detection of moved files" then
the files should not be added but deleted - Or what??

Detection of moved files kicks in not before the *second* synchronization. The
first sync will write the required data into the database files (sync.ffs_db)
which is needed to detect moves in later syncs.
The picture looks like both directories have not yet been synced using
automatic variant.

Okay I may say I cannot be absolute sure - that it was a Automatic Sync I did
- This was the first sync with my "new" program FFS.
But i can see that there is no problemes with moved files in all my others
sync
Thanks a lot for your reply

Generally it's not possible to detect moved files (or even deleted files) on
first sync. Therefore it is best to check sync directions manually the first
time you sync using "automatic" variant. Subsequent runs will do the right
thing, i.e. propagate any changes.
