Hello,

I am having an issue while trying to sync my files with my NAS through the SFTP protocol.
Useful information:
- client OS: Ubuntu 20.04
- FFS version: 11.5 (flatpak)
- FTP server: Qnap NAS.

I have attached the error message I've got if someone already encounter this message and have been able to say it "goodbye", I'll appreciate the tips :).

Message:
Cannot read file attributes of "sftp://.."
LIBSSH2_ERROR-TIMEOUT: Timed out waiting on socket [libssh2_session_handshake]
Thanks for your help

Are you running FFS as the same user that has access to that location?

Third-party builds of FFS are not supported.

I'd suggest testing if the problem reproduces with the official FFS version: https://freefilesync.org/download.php

Hello,
No, this is 2 différents IDs and password, but when I truc to connect, I add the username and password in the syntax (as a basic NFS connection on Linux).
I can try to create an admin user in my NAS that I activate before my "Sync session" (?).
Thanks xCSxXenon.
