Problem with connection to gogle drive through proxy

Hi, trying to connect do google drive through proxy, after authentication in web browser I receive such an error:
CURLE_SSL_CONNECT_ERROR: OpenSSL SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to proxy:8080 [curl_easy_perform]

What could be a problem? How to solve it?

Likely something in the proxy blocking the traffic or from Google, although unlikely. I wonder if the proxy blocks certain traffic protocols

it's not the problem with blocking something because gogle drvie is working ok for another software through our proxy
in my opinion it could be an issue with type of authentication.... or with cert....

My mistake, clarification, if may be blocking a service, as you said, but I was thinking the API more specifically. It may be a security measure
