I see there is a switch to ignore blank lines in the command line interface.
Is there a Setting I to do so when I am comparing files in the GUI?
I have sets of files I'm comparing. In many, the only difference is extra blank lines in one.
I am currently opening them both in Notepad++ and using the Compare plugin to see if there are differences.
If I could ignore blank lines, then I'd only see differences that were of substance instead of blank line differences.
Thank you!

Thank you for that -- I stand corrected. I cannot find any mention of ignoring lines in the command line interface.
My apologies.
It is still a great program!
