I tested copy of two folders by drag and by type/paste. All contents went to same external folder.
How can I auto-create target sub folders? If I cannot, this fast program does not help me.
Want to run as if routine COPY in Windows 10. {Have used 'DirSync Pro', but which can lose instance.}

Your two folders will be identical. FFS auto-creates sub-folders on the target side to match the source.

Did NOT happen for me. Please give a detailed example. Source "D:\" all or "D:\path1"
and "D:\path2" to target "G:\bakup".
My attempt for two paths dragged to source side, ALL went to "G:\bakup".
Most powerful would be to select entire source drive, then to list exclusions.
Sorry to impose with my awkwardness.

If you have:
D:\
----path1\
-----------Doc1.txt
-----------Doc2.txt
----path2\
-----------Pic1.jpg
and you set source to D:\ and target to G:\backup, G will look like:
G:\
backup\
--------path1\
---------------Doc1.txt
---------------Doc2.txt
--------path2\
---------------Pic1.jpg
Whatever you choose as your target directory, it will look exactly as the source directory, unless you use filters

If you sync two separate folders to the same target, it will cause problems at worst and confusion at best

thanks.
I tried "D:\path1" and "D:\path2" to target "G:\bakup".
What I got was all of both source paths into target folder without the separate folders at first level.
Probably some of the lower level paths were kept... but I already deleted.

Yeah... Don't do that. Just backup D:\ to G:\bakup

Okay, ran "D:\" to "G:\bakup" [fake name for target]
after setting FILTERS
\System Volume Information\
\Config.Msi
\$Recycle.Bin\
plus several of my own exclusions.
Note-1: CAN have multiple instances. Not delicate like "DirSync Pro" whose window[s] can vanish.
Note-2: CanNOT use same source, due to "D:\sync.ffs_lock is in use". "DirSync Pro" can run multiples.
This means I can run FFS manually, then make secondary copies of first target.
Full-time backup is not a priority for me. Auto-deletions from target drive IS.
