Task Scheduler issues

I am running latest Win 10 pro. I added a basic task in Task Scheduler per the video. When run, the program starts, but in the end it does not do what it supposed to do, in my case copy files from left to right. I that it goes thru the motions, so to speak in the left folder (I watch it in windows explorer). When i run the same FFS batch file from inside the freefilesync it does the job.

I have all the different possibilities in Task Scheduler ( Run whether user... Tun with highest privileges in General Tab; Enabled in Triggers tab)

Is it something related to permissions? thanks in advance.
