Once there was a folder with files that got synced.
Then this folder (with content) was deleted on the source side.
But on the target side only the containing files are deleted.
The empty folder remains (even if it is deleted on the souce side).
How do I get sync to delete folders that no longer exist on the source side?
Deleted folders not removed (stay as empty on target side)

Can you post pictures of:
1- filter settings
2- sync method
3- FFS compare window with the locations you are syncing
I would wager that the empty folder is actually a destination location in FFS

They where subfolder of a folder path synced. Could this be due to filters. The inlude filters only include (*.mp3, *.m3u, *.m4a, *.wpl, *.jpg and *.png) but subfolders are still processed. Strange thing is that I have other "settings" (for backup to other devices) where this is NOT happening (the empty folders where deleted) and I find no differences. For now I deleted them manually - and just wait and see...

I would need to know the locations being synced to make use of that info
