Hi. I'm trying to realtime sync a batch job with multiple folder pairs to an external HDD with no success
Here's how I've configured it. https://imgur.com/KcnIyil https://imgur.com/fOdAab0
When I insert the HDD, realtime sync tray icon turns red and says "monitoring active" but nothing happens. When I reduce the batch job to a single folder pair, realtime sync works fine. Is this a limitation of FreefileSync or Am I missing something.
Realtime sync for a batch jobs with multiple folder pairs not supported?

What folders are RTS monitoring?

Yeah, that's not RTS, that's FFS.

Are you making any changes for RTS to detect? What is your idle time? One of those locations most likely has something changing a file quicker than the idle time is set to. I would try all four pairs individually

Ah ! You're right. I was syncing the Appdata/Roaming folder, whose files constantly change. Anything I can do to automatically sync that folder?

Set up a sync that only works with that folder, and use task scheduler to sync it on a periodic scheduler instead of being monitored.
