Is there a limit on the number of RealTimeSyncs I can run?

I run RealTimeSync as a service under Windows 10 64 bit. I have 7 of these services, each one watching a different pair of folders for any changes and then calling FreeFileSync to sync the folders.

However, whenever I run more than 4 services, the 5th service fails to start and RealTimeSync continually creates .dmp dump files over and over with what *might* be an insufficient memory error.

Edit: I can run *any* 4 of the 7 services, but no more than 4 at the same time. Also, I am using NSSM to install RealTimeSync as a Windows Service.

1) Is there a limit to how many RealTimeSyncs can run simultaneously?
2) Am I using this product correctly by attempting to run a separate service for each folder pair, or is there a different method say like monitoring all the folders under one instance of RealTimeSync instead?

My PC has plenty of free memory (around 16GB free).

This was from the old FreeFileSync 10.18 version. The crash happens somewhere in the GUI call stack and is related to layout update. Might be fixed in a newer version.

Unfortunately I did a clean install today of 11.11 and I'm getting the same issue.

I'm running the portable installation of FFS ... where can I find the *.dmp files? (I was running the local installation type before, and could find the dmp files under my <user> profile directory).

And, after searching everywhere for the dmp file, I think it's not being written...

Indeed, the "Desktop" path does not exist for the SYSTEM account by default, and FFS probably also shouldn't try to create it. The following version implements a work around where the dmp file will be written to the working directory instead. (This is likely the folder that contains FreeFileSync.exe).
