The new version of FreeFileSync 11.12 cannot be installed. Runtime error(at 7:5880). Access denied. Where is the error?

Remove all your antivirus software, anything more than Microsoft Security and using your brain is a waste of resources. Do a sfc/dism scan of Windows or just do a 'repair install'.
