Perform more than one sync at a time

Presently I have a number of sync set up and would like to know how can I run more than one at a time?

Example:
Name 1 left_side / right side
Name 2 left_side / right side
Name 3 left_side / right side
Name 4 left_side / right side
Name 5 left_side / right side

How would I set it up to run Name 1, Name 3 and Name 5 consecutively instead of me doing them one at a time?
