Time Change in Germany

Hi everybody,

I use the FreeFileSync Software to sync a folder 30 GB on PC and on USB Storage (Windows 10 Professional). Every half a year I get the same problem. After the time change I have to sync the whole folder, because FreeFileSync thinks, that every single File has changed. The time stamp of the files are all one hour in advance or one hour back.

I just want to report my problem. Maybe someone else had that problem, too.
