I just upgraded to 11.15 and now get this message. The folders certainly do exist. What is this nsupposed to mean?

Other then upgrade, you've made no changes in FFS itself, nor to the locations/names of your From/To pairs (including the devices they point to)?

Care to provide a bit more detail as to your particular situation. Screenshot of your sync folders...

Sorry, it's not doing it today.
I did click the Ignore button yesterday.

It's working fine. I have a folder containing about 2 TB of videos, and an identical backup on another drive.
It found a few problems where there was an extra space in a name on one drive, or a spelling error, etc.
I fixed them all, and now it passes comparision by time and size.
Sure beats doing it manually.

I love the "I got an error message but already completely ignored and hid all relevant info, please help!"
Glad it's working I guess

The full error message was something like "Folders do not yet exist. They will be created when they are needed." Since the program works ok since I clicked Ignore, there is no help needed. I was, and am, curious just what it means. Since it's your program, I thought you would know. Maybe the person who wrote the program originally is no longer with the company? Anyway, it wasn't really any better than a message "Error 1234 occured" (which I have seen from far too many programs), but it was more interesting. I've been retired for 21 years and find something like this is amusing and helps fight the Covid-19 induced boredom.

It's not my program, just a technician helping people use the software I use

I believe, that on a sync, if the To directory does not exist, you'll get that message.

Similarly, if you've renamed/moved the To directory, it "does not exist" (in the sense that it was renamed, moved), & so that message (again) clues you in, that "something happened".
