Transfer file attributes from source to destination files

I used rsync on MacOS to copy a local corporate Dropbox folder structure to a new OneDrive local structure. It’s around 200GB of data. However, I missed the switch to copy file attributes so all files show ownership attributes in my name instead of the original owners

Can I use FFS to transfer source file ownership and time stamp attributes to the existing files and folders?

If not, I’ll start again, but does FFS have options to copy ALL file and folder attributes e.g. created, modified time stamps and file ownership?
