Is there a way to do a comparison, and then when differences are found copy those differences to a different destination/drive? For example, I compare my NAS drive directory to a USB Backup drive directory. The comparison denotes the differences. And then I can copy those differences/files to a different desktop hard drive. Thank you.

Plerry, thank you very much for your response, that definitely seems encouraging. Will give it a try, really appreciate the advice!

I can't get this to work. The dialog box with "Copy To..." does not appear, nor does the Ctrl+T shortcut work. What am I doing wrong?

Did you select items in the list first? It works fine for me, latest version, Windows 11

Yes, that was it. Need to select all or select specific files first. I was looking for a right click context menu to appear after the comparison. I used this feature, and really loved that it supported the relative pathing to keep the original structures intact. Awesome!
