Sound of "Unattended error message"s is repeately played (every minute)

Hello all,

since i updated FreeFileSync to version 11.16 i've the following effect:
Every minute Freefilesync plays the sound for "Unattended error message". There was an error in one job ( none existing destination path) which was corrected now. At the moment, i can't see any error in the application. I've also checked the logfiles. There is no hint, what the problem could be. Nevertheless the sound is still playing every minute.

Meanwhile i disabled the sound by deleting the path of the wav file in the freefilesync options. It was hard to find, which application played this sound, it cost me more than an hour for the debuging with the icrosoft tool "ProcessMonitor". Thanks god, i found it.
