Don't get the donation Version

I sent a donation 4 days ago over paypal but don't get donation Version.

Message after donation:
"Donation is not yet complete
You're seeing this text because PayPal didn't send the transaction ID of your donation. This is an occasional bug on PayPal's side.

However it is not a huge problem: As soon as PayPal has processed your donation, a notification email for downloading the FreeFileSync Donation Edition will be sent anytime soon. "

Donation is complete in paypal on 9.3.22
payment with credit card over paypal

I got no email....nothing in spam...

There is no email in paypal, emailaccount or spam folder.......
