Ever since I installed Freefilesync version 11.15 on my Win11 pro notebook, I've been getting a beep every minute (triad). However, I can not see anywhere where this comes from, there is also no error message. I couldn't find any log file.
The problem only occurs on the Win11 notebook, no problems with my Win10 pro computer.
As soon as I replaced the current version on the notebook with Freefilesync 11.14, the problem disappeared.
Does anyone have any tips for me as to where these notification tones come from, what they mean and, above all, how I can turn them off?

What if you install the latest version of FFS?

I installed version 11.18 today -- the error was back. I'm now back to 11.14.

Thank you for the tips. I have now deleted my existing batch routine and installed it under FFF Ver. 11.18 recreated, since then it's quiet.

Good to hear! Such a weird thing since nothing has really changed on a macro level, but oh well, at least the sound is gone
