I found that there is no feature to limit the copying speed in TeraCopy and it takes most of the bandwidth while transferring files and this affects our network speed for the other users!!
On the other hand, found that GoodSync and Gs Richcopy 360 have this option but both are paid products,
If FreeFileSync has an option to limit the speed, I will be happy to use FreefileSync (the donated version).
