Is there a way to save comparison / save the current progress to ram?

Sometimes the program stalls on a file, requiring me to restart the program, the problem is that the comparison process takes around 2 hours, and I dont want to have to restart that every time there is an error (ignoring errors does nothing). If this isnt possible, is there a way to skip files that are being stubborn, or auto skip after a minute of no activity? I am really just using this to clone the majority of my drive as this program seems to be the most promising (it generally handles errors okay, just not now for some reason)

Not currently possible. There are settings for ignoring errors and retry count, but those kick in after a pre-determined timeout. What happens when it stalls?

If the "stubborn" files are consistently the same files, you could add those files to the Exclude Filter.
But obviously those files would then never get synced.
