Unfortunately these false-positives after a new release are "normal". They will be gone once enough users have downloaded, e.g. after a day or so and the file has earned enough "reputation".
TBH it's a shitty move by AV vendors to call such a detection "Suspicious.Clus.4.@x2@a4dmHLci", instead of "this-is a-new-file-we-havent-seen-before-and-we-have-no-clue-whether-its-dangerous-or-not".
