Attributes are not good after syncing from WinServer share to SMB share

Hi guys,
My source is a WinServer map share mounted to and the destination is a Samba shared map on Debian 11, where FFS is installed. After synchronising, all files have 100700 and all maps have 40755 permisson-attributes. So only root can R/W synchronised files but I want to share those to oVPN users.
Can you write me what is the solution, please?
