is there anyway for the application to allow for file comparison across multiple folders in the case that the file was moved. I synchronize against 3 workstations and realized upon reading the help page why the file sync was not working for moved or renamed files on my new workstation that had an old copy my sync folder. it will only work if this isn't the first sync per help guide.

The feature only works per folder pair and their subfolders. You could move a file 100 folders up/down/across and the feature will work as long at the start and end locations are under the same base folder you selected
