Was there a change for sparse files?

I've been using FFS for a few years and it mirrored sparse files perfectly. I needed to change the destination drive and when I run FFS with the same settings, the destination files aren't sparse. They are full size on the destination drive. Windows 10 with both drives as NTFS. Any ideas? Thanks.

There hasn't been a change. There are a few special cases where sparse copying is not used, though. If you send me a PML file (https://freefilesync.org/faq.php#trace) and the name of a sparse file I can have a look what's up in your case.
