I managed to deal with quotes using below script.

How do I merge the new folder pair with the existing pairs instead of replacing them (as I understand from the help file)?

How can I remove a folder pair via the command line? If not possible, can you consider the feature?

The error still appears approx. every one out of three times. It's a virtual machine on Hyper-V, if that would make a difference. Screenshot attached.

It would be good to have the option that users do not have to open the full FreeFileSync GUI to resolve file change conflicts. Secondly, it is not desirable that when running minimized in batch mode, a user is not warned that a file conflict exists and the files remain out of sync.
