I clicked 'Do Nothing' so why is it deleting files?
I want to merge my home folder into a backup of my old home folder. I don't want to delete files that aren't in the new one, I just want to add newer and new files into the backup. I selected Custom and clicked the buttons so that I have 2 right arrows, a lightning bolt and 2 minus signs ...

That's what I did. Right-click on batch file and select Open in FFS, then hit 'Synchronize'.

Enhancement: Unattended mode
I started a 145 Gig backup that I wanted to run overnight. After selecting source, dest and mode, I hit 'Synchronize' and FFS started churning away. I hadn't used it for a while so I forgot about the process: analyze, ask, perform.
At least it gave me a "don't show this again" box, but I am not ...
