Hello,
Since today, when opening FFS, I can no longer click inside it on any entry of the GUI, it freezes and makes the G.U.I to crash entirely (explorer.exe).
Does anyone else have this problem ?

Re: Automatically update ffs_batch
I'm wondering, why not simply not create a .ffs_gui configuration and avoid the duplication?
Ok, I misunderstood this, and I didn't see you were the site admin : so, the idea would be to click on the "NEW FILE" button, to configure the backup, then to save it directly in ffs_batch ? It's a good ...

Re: Automatically update ffs_batch
Yeah, mixing the two files would be better.
Maintaining only the ffs_batch is a good idea, I think I'm gonna do this.
The only purpose to have two files with different extentions, seems to give the ability to launch different target : the ffs_gui opens FFS, while the ffs_batch runs it directly ...

Re: Automatically update ffs_batch
And this method would not only avoid the multiple clicks to result in the batch update, but also the duplication of ffs_batch in the main list :

Automatically update ffs_batch
Hi,
I noticed that ffs_gui and ffs_batch are two distinguished concepts, for a good reason : storing what to display in the UI one side, and storing what to directly do in the other side. Those two different files can be read in Notepad++ to see their XML structure.
And yet, I have a bad feeling ...

How use LABELS instead of LETTERS for target drives
Hi,
Everything is in the title ;)
Why such a question ?
Because if my backup disk hasn't the same letter when I plug it in, all the sync configuration will fail.
If there is an other way to detect drives (like material signature, I don't know), I'm listening !

Useless re-copy of content
Hi,
I don't know if there is a reason to the problem, but here's the situation :
- I copy the content of a partition D:\ to a backup disk K:\
- Then, I move something in D:\, let's say D:\dirA\dirB to D:\dirC\dirB
- And during the next manual sync in mirror mode, FFS seems to re-copy the content ...
