Performed some tests to better understand "filter".

I created a folder with 9 folders (names: 111, 222, ..., 999) and 9 files (names: 111.txt, 222.txt, ..., 999.txt).
Each subfolder (111 - 999) contains some files and folders too (names not relevant).

Filter setting
Include:
*
Exclude:
111 ...

I installed RClone.
It requires also WinFsp to be installed and honestly, I do not really understand what WinFsp is doing, but WinFsp installs itself as a Service. I do not really like it at all.

as i see, only if you map your S3 using some product like "S3 Drive" or if you configure on your S3 Bucket an FTP-Server ...
