Re: I do not understand what "paire multiples" means (and how to avoid it) !
therube, that is exactly what I do not understand : since the paths are different for my sync, why these "multiple pairs" alerts appear within the only and same path for the same files themselves ?

Re: How to set and use FTPes protocol within FreeFileSync ?
@Flowers4 : thanks for this idea... So I tried to use VPN instead, and it works !
Even if I think it is a bit not quick enough, it seems to work well enough, and it not needs any particular software : VPN client is native in Windows, and VPN server is provided by my distant intenet box, so for me ...

Hello my friends,
@Plerry : I answered exactly your question at the beginning of this topic :
The sync was an update :
from "D:\Users\Guy\Nextcloud\Entreprise" to "D:\Users\Guy\Documents\Entreprise"
This means :
Left path (left base location) = "D:\Users\Guy\Nextcloud\Entreprise"

Hello,
I come back with an issue I still have when I try to connect in FTPes protocol within FreeFileSync.

Hi Zenju and Plerry,
Thanks a lot for your answer, but none of you both seems to be right :
Both path within the alert are the same, one being read (see icon), the other being written (see icon too)... BUT they are NOT "left and right" location within FreeFileSync, this path is only on the right ...

Hello @xCSxXenon,
Thank you very much to try to explain it to me.
I think I have found a solution moving my folders in the same path (within "A" and "B" if we take your example). So I'm not yet in an issue and I thank you already for this.

I'm sorry to come back with this issue, but I really do not understand what are these "multiple pairs" (in French words : "paires multiples") and mainly how to avoid it.
Here are my logs (cut with only few samples) :

Re: How to set up the exclude filter for paired files ?
Hello and thanks again for your help.
In fact there was some "virtual A to B and B to C" like you said with the ".gdoc" files of Google Drive synchronized files also with FFS... So I've stopped to do this with adding a ".gdoc" exclude filter.

How to set up the exclude filter for paired files ?

Re: <Item not existing> to the right but while copying from the left : ERROR_ALREADY_EXISTS
Hi xCSxXenon, thanks for your reply... There are too many files to be deleted by hand, and yes, alas, I think you're right, it could be a failing drive issue !
I wonder if there is a way to force the 'copy to the right' function within FreeFileSync ?

Re: Please could you add the FTPES protocol ?
Hello,
I never found how to use FreeFileSync with FTPES protocol,
but I found how to configure another NAS with SFTP so now I'm able to use it with this so my issue is solved.
By convenience, if you could tell me how to use it with this ftpes protocol it would be very kind.
Best Regards,
Guy
