If you do have a recycle-bin active on your NAS (that FFS is unaware of), you can simply ignore the warning. The NAS will then (still) move the "to-be-deleted" file to the recycle bin upon "deletion".

Check 'Ignore Errors' when you 'save as' batch job. But what warning are you even getting? That it isn't supported? Just set deletions to permanent in the settings and save again if that is the case

The NAS setting you show only illustrates that also non-admin NAS users (with access to the Hoofdmap-share) are able to see the Recycle-bin of Hoofdmap.

For your "Hoofdmap" you seem to have enabled the NAS Recycle-bin (Prullenbak), in which you should be able to find any files deleted from "Hoofdmap".
Note: depending on how you configured your NAS Recycle-bin, only a (NAS) Admin account may have access to your NAS Recycle-bin.
