Note that FTP does not support directory monitoring.
But, as your sync seems to be LocalDisk => FTP it would be uni-directional, with changes only originating on your LocalDisk. There is no need to monitor the FTP location for changes, as those will always result from your FFS sync. You can therefore remove the FTP location from the RTS configuration.
