Accidentalyy installed on 2 devices

Dear FreeFileSync Support,

I accidentally installed FreeFileSync on two devices (Imac en Android), even though my license allows usage on only one. The application indicates that I can’t remove a device until May 23, but I’ve already manually uninstalled FreeFileSync from one of the devices (an Android), including all associated support files.

Unfortunately, the software on my Imac still reports that it’s installed on two devices, preventing me from using it on my other computer. I would kindly like to ask if you could manually deregister or reset the license associated with the removed device.

It seems you may be confusing Donation Edition and Business Edition. The Donation Edition your're using can be installed on more than one device:

The FreeFileSync Donation Edition is expected to be used by you and your friends.
