C:\Program Files\FreeFileSync\Resources
There is a 'Languages.zip' that you'll have to unzip. In there, you can find the current languages included with FFS. Pick one, make a copy, and translate/edit the copy you make.
I think you replace the one you are editing with the new version. I don't know if putting another language file in the zip makes it show up in the FFS options. So you would edit the English one, then in FFS select English for the language, but it should show your translations
