If I have several synchronizations among each other, I would find it extremely good if I could deactivate individual lines without deleting them. would that be possible?
In this specific case I have a list of FTP servers that I want to synchronize in local folders. I load the settings via the menu and then only want to sync one FTP server first. To do this, I now have to delete the other entries or create a local filter rule. A checkbox on each line would come in handy...

One convenient option is to save different sync configurations at your deepest desired sync granularity level, and in your Configuration window select one or more of the configurations as your active sync.
Instead of a checkbox in front of each left-right pair, you have to select or unselect configurations while holding down the Ctrl-key.
