I'm synchronizing (mode "update") from remote FTP server to the local folder on an SSD drive, in Windows 10. This is initial synchronization, so the local folder is empty. FFS has already analyzed remote files, and started copying. It's now creating subfolders, mirroring remote folder structure, and it's spending 2-3 seconds to create each subfolder on the local drive. Why so slow? There are no problems with the drive, it works perfectly for all other purposes.
