I have been manually backing up specific files from my FreeBSD servers to my Windows PC.
For example, under the Windows folder D:\ServerA I would have a set of folders etc, usr, var ... and so on.
Some deeper directory structures are in use there too, of course.
Within D:\ServerA\etc, I might have a 'hosts' and 'ntp.conf' files but I don't need copies of most other files in the server's /etc directory.
It occurred to me that FreeFileSync might allow me to automate updating the Windows copies if the equivalent server files had been changed.
I've watched a few video tutorials and read large parts of the manual but I haven't seen anything that quite matches this.
Have I been looking in the wrong place or is it possible to do this with FFS?
Many thanks for any help
