Synchronize 2 hard drives in real time and at the same time

My real context:
Disc a in my f/save a mirror tower
Disc B in my F/Save B Mirror Mirror Tower

I want real -time synchronization to work permanently on A and B
Because I regularly go from one to the other.

Is it possible ? If yes, how ?
