I know that no other program like 'FreeFileSync has a file/folder renaming function

I'd suggest you use a tool like WinMerge that shows the differences between both versions at a glance.

Unfortunately I don't have experience on mac, usually in windows the file .lng is located inside to .zip file (that I have put in my post), the zip file path in windows is :"C:\Program Files\FreeFileSync\Resources" .
