I try to backup all my pictures and movies (2tb = 60k files) to my NAS, WD Live.
When i have copied around 200-300gb the speed goes to 3-400kb/s and then FFS get "Not responding" and freezes for 10 seconds, then i comes up again and copies some files (but kinda slow 3-4mb/s), and then it freezez ...

Have you tried to change the setting under "comparison" -File time and size -file content -file size.. ?
Try them all and see if it works.
Try also two way instead of mirror, because if you do a database will be maked, maybe that helps the problem.

I have only used FFS for 1 day, already loving it :)
But, if you read the settings ("comparison settings"-"Ignore Time Shift")
Please read:

Try to put like 2 or 3 in the setting and do the scan again.
